The Purafiner Diesel Conditioner, from GO Industrial, is designed to decontaminate the diesel stored in bulk tanks.  The Conditioner uses high power magnets to breakdown any presence of bacteria in the diesel fuel to a small enough size to allow this to flow through the fuel system without causing any damage to the engine.
