Graco's factory air valve service kit for the Husky 2150 stainless steel air-operated double diaphragm pump (model DVD311 and any 2150 configuration with a stainless steel centre housing, identified by a V in the second digit of the model code, e.g. DV4, DVD, DVP, DVR).
Kit 255061 refreshes the complete air valve cartridge in one service: pilot block, air valve block, stainless steel air valve plate, cover gasket, three o-rings, and two u-cup packings. Fit it on first scheduled service of a Husky 2150 SS, or any time the pump cycles unevenly, stalls under load, leaks air from the muffler cover, or ices up on cold air supply.
